Our Mission
Our mission in transitional housing is rooted in a commitment to provide not only temporary shelter but also a comprehensive support system that addresses the diverse needs of our residents. In addition to securing stable housing, we strive to offer counseling, life skills training, and employment assistance to empower low-income individuals and families on their journey to self-sufficiency. We believe that by fostering a nurturing environment and providing essential resources, we can help our residents achieve lasting independence and improve their quality of life.
Our History
Our founder Riley Williams established Light House Detroit in 2024. Mr. Williams has been working in the private home rental sector for years. He has been working tirelessly to help families retain self-sufficiency and hopes to continue making a positive impact in their lives.
